The deal, in plain words.

The agreement between your company and RaulTech when you use Raul. By starting a trial or using Raul, your company accepts these terms.

The short version

  • 14 days free, no card. After that you choose a plan and pay monthly or yearly.
  • Nothing is charged automatically. You pay by DuitNow QR or bank transfer, and we confirm it.
  • Your records belong to your company. Download them any time.
  • If a plan ends, the account turns read-only. Nothing is deleted.
  • AI results are drafts. A person checks them before they are saved.

1.This agreement

These terms are between RaulTech, operated by Wawas Trading of Kuching, Sarawak until RaulTech is registered as a business of its own ("we"), and the company that opens a Raul account (the "customer"). The person who opens the account confirms they may accept these terms for the company. Each user in the account must also follow them.

2.Your account and users

  • The account belongs to the customer. Its Owner and Management decide who has access and what each person can see.
  • Keep sign-in details private. You are responsible for what is done under your company's logins.
  • Give true company and contact details, and keep them up to date.
  • Remove a user's access when they leave. Their records stay with the company.

3.Free trial

A new company gets 14 days free with every feature, and no card is needed. When the trial ends, the account becomes read-only until a plan is chosen. Your records stay.

4.Plans and payment

  • Plans, prices and limits are shown on raultech.my and on Your Plan inside Raul. Prices are in Ringgit Malaysia.
  • You pay in advance, monthly or yearly, by DuitNow QR or bank transfer, and send the receipt from Your Plan.
  • Your plan switches on once we confirm the payment has reached our account. A short payment is not switched on until the balance is paid.
  • Nothing is charged automatically and no card is kept on file.
  • A founding price, where offered, applies for the period stated with the offer.
  • We may change prices for future periods. We tell account Owners at least 30 days before, and a period you have already paid for does not change.

5.Cancelling and refunds

  • While a payment is still under review or short paid, you can press Cancel on Your Plan and we transfer the money back to you.
  • Once a period is confirmed, it is not refunded part-way. You can simply not renew.
  • If a plan is not renewed, there are 3 days of grace, then the account becomes read-only. You can still sign in, see your records and download them.

6.Your data

  • Your company owns everything it puts into Raul.
  • You let us store, process and back up that data only to provide Raul to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • The Owner can download a full copy at any time, in Excel or as a full backup file.
  • You must have the right to upload what you put into Raul, including other people's personal data, and handle it under the PDPA.

7.Fair use

Do not use Raul to break the law, upload harmful software, try to reach another company's records, overload or copy the service, or resell it without our written agreement. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell the Owner why.

8.AI features

  • Raul's AI reads documents, drafts write-ups and answers questions from your records. Its results are drafts: check them before you save or send them.
  • Each plan has the AI limits shown on the pricing page, including a daily safety limit.
  • You are responsible for the quotations, invoices and documents you send to others.

9.The service

  • We work to keep Raul running and your data backed up every day. Short breaks can happen for maintenance or faults outside our control.
  • We keep improving Raul and may change or remove features. We will not remove a core feature you rely on without notice.
  • Raul helps you keep records and work out figures. It is not accounting, tax, legal or engineering advice.

10.Limits of our responsibility

Raul is provided as it is. As far as Malaysian law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost contracts, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what your company paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11.Ending the agreement

You can stop using Raul at any time, and ask us to close your company's account. We give the Owner a final copy of the records, then delete them as set out in the Privacy Policy. We may end the agreement if these terms are seriously broken, after telling the Owner.

12.Changes and law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we tell Owners inside Raul before an important change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia decide any dispute.
